Job Title : Human Resources Officers /Senior Grade Level: Entry/Senior

Job description:
  1. 1- Supporting all personnel and payroll activities and dealing with government authorities, such as the labor office and social insurance authorities, and building a strong relationship with them to facilitate work processes
  2. 2- Issuing any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (labor and social insurance offices) to ensure company compliance with the labor and social insurance laws on all personnel matters
  3. 3- Keeping records of work time and attendance, tracking employees’ absences, and sending legal warnings accordingly to ensure company compliance with labor laws and company policies
  4. 4- Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee to keep the employee database system constantly updated
  5. 5- Following up with employees’ contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure employees’ files are completed and accurate
  6. 6- Preparing monthly attendance and consolidation reports to facilitate payroll preparations
  7. 7- Assisting in creating and renewing foreign employees’ work permits to ensure company compliance with the labor laws
  8. 8- Creating the employees’ files and managing the personnel archiving and completing employees’ files accurately
  9. 9- Collecting all the needed data for the monthly payroll including overtime, and absence leaves management, loans if any to support payroll preparations
  10. 10- Participate in investigations with employees whenever required to comply with labor laws and company policies
  11. 11- Assisting in monthly payroll calculations and other HR tasks required
Job Requirements:
  1. 1- Proven work experience in managing payroll
  2. 2- Hands-on experience with HRIS OR accounting software.
  3. 3- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  4. 4- Good knowledge of labor legislation and social insurance Procedures
  5. 5- Time-management skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information.
  7. BSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Experience:
3-7 years experience in HR personnel function or closely related professionals preferably higher education background
Skills:
  1. 1- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various constituents; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations or stressful situations· Initiative and excellent organizational skills; ability to work within a team or independently; ability to organize and prioritize work
  2. 2- Proficient in the use of computers and information systems including Microsoft applications, a variety of software applications, ERP preferably
  3. 3- Understanding of and ability to enforce policies and procedures standards
  4. 4- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  5. 5- Ability and willingness to effectively provide support to the whole team .
