Cairo, November 2024 – In a strategic move to bolster Egypt’s energy workforce, Petrobel has signed an agreement with ElSewedy University of Technology – POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT – to launch a specialized Energy Engineering Technology Program. The agreement aims to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in Egypt’s growing energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy.
The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished representatives from Politecnico di Milano, ENI, EGAS, and the Ministry of Petroleum, highlighting strong industry and institutional support for this initiative, which combines academic learning with practical experience.
The program will offer hands-on training and internship opportunities, ensuring students gain real-world expertise alongside their studies.
