Data drives almost every aspect of our lives and the demand for people who can gather, analyze and interpret that data has never been higher. Data Science & Artificial Intelligence is a multidisciplinary field focused on the study of scientific methods used to extract knowledge from data and build models that cope with complex problems. It employs techniques and theories drawn from the broad areas of mathematics, statistics, information sciences, and computer science. SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- uses state-of-the-art modeling techniques to support the data-driven decision skills that would make its students distinguished for organizations of all types and sizes.

  • SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- forefronts the application of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence in a theoretical and practical manner to support the career of future Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Technologists.
  • The curriculum, which is designed in collaboration with several industries, will help students acquire knowledge and skills in programming, databases, data analytics, data visualization, data mining, big data, and project management.
  • SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- applies Effective technical communication teachings to support the career of our students across a multitude of industries.
  • Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Program requires 120-140 credit hours divided between core courses and elective courses.
  • Average weekly contact hours for classes, workshops, and labs range from 25 to 28 hours, with additional time spent on studying, assignments, and research.

Graduates of this program should be able to:

  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards for data science & Artificial Intelligence practices.
  • Create and build data science project solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of data science and analytics concepts in computational problems.
  • Analyze a complex computing issue and use concepts from other pertinent areas to find answers.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet computing requirements in Data Science.
  • Recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles.
