To meet the needs of the modern world, SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- has created a program that would prepare students for careers in network engineering technology and IP Communications. Living in the age of data means embracing the interconnection that allows us to communicate and collaborate through data exchange in an infinite number of ways. By collaborating with market-leading specialists, SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- provides its Cybersecurity Technologists detrimental knowledge in programming, databases, operating systems, algorithm design, software engineering, artificial intelligence,  network design, network infrastructure, network installation, network security and maintenance, inter-network communication and connectivity, network monitoring and administration, and digital forensics and incident response, that would make them pioneers in the industry.

  • SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- provides its Cybersecurity Technologists with indispensable knowledge of networking, programming, databases, algorithm, software engineering, artificial intelligence, and cyber security.
  • SUT -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT-applies Effective technical communication teachings to support the career of our students across a multitude of industries.
  • The Network & Cyber Security Technology Program requires 120-140 credit hours divided between core courses and elective courses.
  • Average weekly contact hours for classes, workshops, and labs range from 25 to 28 hours, with additional time spent on studying, assignments, and research.

 

Graduates of this program should be able to:

  • Adhere to the ethical and legal standards of Network & Cyber Security Technology
  • Design and deploy the network models with the configuration of network devices.
  • Asses network security services by developing and reading software design drawings and network models.
  • Solve unstructured computing issues, think critically, function well in a team, and communicate effectively.
  • Apply a high standard of written and oral communication on technical matters.
  • Apply knowledge of data science and analytics concepts in computational problems.
  • Analyze a complex computing issue and use concepts from other pertinent areas to find answers.
  • Apply knowledge of programming, databases, operating systems, computer networking, algorithm design, and cyber and information security to identify solutions to computing problems.
