Cairo, November 2024 – In a strategic move to bolster Egypt's energy workforce, Petrobel has signed an agreement with ELSEWEDY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY -POLYTECHNIC OF EGYPT- to launch a specialized Energy Engineering Technology Program. The agreement, formalized today, aims to provide students with the skills needed to thrive in Egypt’s growing energy sector, focusing on renewable energy.
The signing ceremony was attended by a host of distinguished guests, including representatives from Politecnico di Milano, ENI, EGAS, and Ministry of Petroleum. Their presence underscored the broad support for this initiative, which blends academic learning with practical industry experience.
The program will offer hands-on training and internship opportunities ensuring students gain real-world expertise alongside their studies.
