Job description: |
- 1- Develop students’ awareness of study opportunities at SUT, by providing career and academic advice to potential students.
- 2- Participate in student recruitment activities.
- 3- Nurturing leads gathered from student recruitment activities.
- 4- Support the Student Recruitment team, and manages all on-campus recruitment events including one-to-one personal consultations, open house days, campus tours, school and university visits, workshops, etc.
- 5- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- 6- Assisted students with the course selection process, applying to universities, and accepting the offers
- 7- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and interested parties by identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
- 8- Build sustainable relationships and trust with potential students through open and interactive communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email, & phone calls.
- 9- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- 10- Meet with students/parents face-to-face to answer their inquiries and assist them with their needs.
- 11- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- 12- Keep records of students’ feedback to ensure a smooth follow-up.
- 13- Building strong relations with students, and parents by replying to their inquiries within 24 hours.
- 14- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- 15- Assists students in the completion of applications.

- 1- Effective interpersonal skills and public relations skills, dealing effectively with people, tact, diplomacy, and persuasion in facilitating relationships and building rapport.
- 2- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- 3- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- 4- Excellent writing and speaking skills – “English and Arabic”
- 5- Oral communication skills to present detailed information concisely and clearly to a diverse audience. Public speaking and presentation skills that exude confidence, are engaging, and are persuasive.
- 6- Analyzing and interpreting information such as statistics, student records, recruitment activities, and other relevant data.
- 7- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, attention to detail, and work independently and as a team.
- 8- Exercise good judgment and maintain the confidentiality of information.
- 9- Initiative working under pressure and time constraints.
