Egyptians
Admissions for Egyptians
- Egyptian students are eligible to apply with different high school backgrounds ( IGCSE, American Diploma ,IB, Thanaweya Amma, STEM, Arab Certificates, and others)
- Personal Interview, Placement Exams (English, Math), in addition to the SCU and Ministry of Higher Education Requirements.
- Acceptance is based on SUTech, SCU & MOHE Requirements
After submitting the application, the applicant will receive a confirmation email that includes their SUTECH ID and payment methods.
English language proficiency tests accepted by SU TECH:
- In-house placement tests
- Academic IELTS with a minimum score of 5.0
- Institutional TOEFL with a minimum score of 450
Original documents are submitted after acceptance, in the presence of the legal guardian.
Non-Egyptians
Admissions for Non-Egyptians
International applicants must apply to both “Study in Egypt” and “SUTech.”
ElSewedy University Application
After submitting the application, the applicant will receive a confirmation email including their SUTECH ID and the payment methods.

- Complete the required application
- Pay the related fees
- Fulfill all criteria for non-Egyptian students
- Obtain your nomination letter
- Finalize all required steps on the platform.

Our service is managed by a dedicated Fleet Department to ensure that your daily commute to the university campus is comfortable and punctual.
Required Documents
Important documents for both Egyptians and foreign students.
- The original high school certificate or transcript approved by the educational administration and a copy.
- Proof of 12 years of schooling obtained from outside Egypt stamped by School stamp, the stamp of the Educational Zone, the Egyptian Embassy in that foreign country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for foreign certificates)
- Proof of 12 years of schooling obtained from Egypt stamped by School stamp and certified by the Educational Zone the school belongs to (for foreign certificates)
- Arabic and Religion test scores of Thanaweya Amma level, stamped by the school and the Educational Zone the school belongs to (for foreign certificates)
- For the students of the Arab or foreign equivalency certificates; A complete approved and authenticated certificate is required from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
- Original Computer birth certificate (with triple number for the male students) and a copy.
- 2 copies of the student’s national ID card and a copy of the guardian’s National ID (father and mother).
- Form 2 Soldiers for Male students.
- Form 6 / 7 Soldiers for Male students for Egyptian students only.
- 6 personal photos 6×4 on white background.
- Proof of paying semester tuition fees.
- Withdrawal letter in case of attending a university before SU TECH.
- Enrollment certificate for old Thanwaya Amma Certificate or its equivalent.
- Medical Report.
Transfer Students
The applicant must submit the following documents for the equivalency process.
- Previous university official original authenticated transcript.
- Grading scale.
- Previous university original course description & Transcript stamped from the university.
- Final acceptance for the transferred courses will be based on the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) decision
If you have sent some of the required documents but still have missing ones, you must send the remaining ones to the admissions email.
Original documents must be submitted upon acceptance and after payment of the first installment.

Accreditation
SU TECH follows the Ministry of Higher Education. The students will be registered in MOHE, and their certificates will be accredited as well.
The bachelor’s degree in technology provided by SU TECH will be accredited by the Egyptian government.

Non-Academic Fees: EGP 15,000 (including lab insurance fees, EGP 5000 refundable upon graduation if no damage occurs.)
