Karim has managed an estimated 3,236 employees by implementing organizational vision, planning annual operations, employing operations strategy, increasing sales and revenue, managing employee performance, and productivity.

Eng. Karim has implemented the proper strategies for Ghabbour Auto that made it a leading automotive assembler, manufacturer, and distributor in North Africa and the Middle East, and that has allowed it to be listed in 2007 on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX). The company has also direct sales presence in Egypt and Iraq and is now expanding to other MENA nations. Eng. Karim graduated from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Italy in 1995.
