Eng. Yasser Shaker

Eng. Yasser Shaker is a seasoned leader in the telecommunications and technology sector, with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation and innovation. As CEO of Orange Egypt, he has played a critical role in advancing the company’s strategic direction and strengthening its market position.

Prior to his current role, Eng. Shaker served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology & Information Officer for Orange Middle East and Africa, where he contributed to the successful execution of the group’s digitalization strategy across 19 countries. He also previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Orange Egypt.

Eng. Shaker is an active member of the Egyptian Junior Business Association and has served on the boards of several organizations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA from École Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes, France.
