Mr. Ibrahim Sarhan

With over 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, Mr. Ibrahim Sarhan is a pioneer in Egypt’s digital financial infrastructure. As the founder and Managing Director of e-finance, established in 2005, he has led the company to become a key enabler of Egypt’s digital transformation and financial inclusion agenda.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sarhan has held leadership roles in several organizations, including ICL, Triangle, and Raya Integrated Solutions, where he developed extensive expertise in strategy, operations, and large-scale system implementation.

He is actively involved in multiple industry and financial institutions, serving on the boards of organizations such as the Federation of Egyptian Banks and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).

Mr. Sarhan has completed the Senior Executive Management Program at Harvard University.
