Mr. Sadek ElSewedy

With a renowned career spanning over 30 years of achievements, Mr. Sadek ElSewedy has established himself as a market leader across multiple competitive industries, most prominently Trade. Mr. Sadek’s continued research and expansion to fulfill the unmet needs of the market have made him an influential force in the markets of Energy Solutions, Manufacturing, lighting systems & Fixtures, Building Materials, Retail, and Real Estate Development.

As the CEO of ElSewedy Industries, Mr. Sadek was able to establish ElSewedy Trading Company, which gradually became the strongest cornerstone and trading arm of ElSewedy Group. He has also established several industrial companies for the group, such as lighting fixtures, transformers, steel structures, cement, and other building materials.

With a strong conviction that the development and sustainability of the economy depend on the success of the domestic industry, continuous maintenance of its operations, presenting solutions, and offering products that meet the necessities of the customers, Mr. Sadek is leading more than 1,000 successful projects across 9 factories with over 4,200 employees.

Mr. Sadek ElSewedy holds several influential positions across a multitude of industries, most prominently as Chairman of the Board of Directors at ElSewedy Electric, CEO of United Industries Holding Company for Financial Investments, Member of the Board of Directors of El Sharqiya Sugar Company, and member of the Board of Trustees of Nile University. Mr. Sadek received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Cairo University in 1982.
